Modern Exteriors, Inc.

Recommend Scott and Modern Exteriors very highly. Quality of work, customer service, attention to detail, and pricing are simply the best.

Great job. Had a timeline that i wanted it done by and it was!

Modern Exteriors was responsive fair priced and did an excellent job on our churhc stucco repair.

The company and its employees were extremely thoughtful. They are extremely through in their preparation and clean up afterwards. The end result is FANTASTIC!!!!!

fast and cheap...quality seems fine

This was a stucco repair job following a window replacement. I knew the old stucco had an unusual pattern/texture that might have been very difficult and costly to replicate, and Scott talked to us honestly about the project and what our alternatives were. We ended up not replacing the stucco there at all, but Scott did repair the stucco elsewhere and did a great job, matching the old texture there perfectly and for a *very* reasonable price. I highly recommend Modern Exteriors for anyone needing stucco repair.

Scott Nicko, owner of Modern Exteriors, Inc., and his staff did a FANTASTIC JOB. He showed up when he said he would, and he finished when he said he would. They cleaned up and picked up any and all trash, and left the property and his FABULOUS JOB behind. I WOULD HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MODERN EXTERIORS, INC. TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE GUY. Scott, again thank you soooooooo much for a wonderful job. Marguerite G.

Missed our initial appointment, but came the following day.

We had them out last fall to replace the stucco around a new patio door and window. It was a small job in terms of scale and they did a great job. The real nice touch was that he matched the stucco color to the color of the painted stucco on the rest of the house. Even though I had planned on priming and painting it (and still will), it was just a nice touch... won't need as much paint now. They were in and out quickly. I would recommend them.

Prompt and good quality service. Very reasonable prices. Areas were very clean when done. I would not hesitate to hire or recommend him.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with Scott and his team. They were able to complete the work in timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Scott was straightforward with his bid and promptly completed the job to my satisfaction. I appreciated his professionalism and work.

Modern Exteriors were very good and professional and will use them again.

I had a very tight turnaround deadline (1.5 weeks) due to a house closing. Scott came out the day I called him for an estimate, which was in my range., without me needing to be there (at work). He called that day with the estimate and I agreed. Because of rain off and on, he fit in the work when the rain cleared -- again without me having to be home. Excellent work. The timeliness of his work was the key for me. Good price, good customer care and good work.

Wonderful job, timely done, reasonable terms!

Outstanding work, this company knows there business. The project turned out great. I would recommend this company!

Very professional, great to work with. He followed through on everything we talked about.

Scott was VERY reasonable in his pricing and really did a nice job. He listened to our concerns and really took the time to help us figure out the most cost-effective way to get the job done!

Scott and his team did a great job on my project. Scott informed me of what to expect and kept me up to date on the process and progress. I had a dormer added to the front of my house and the new stucco matched the rest of the house EXACTLY!! They were there when they said they would be, and they cleaned up the whole work site very well!!! I am thrilled with the results! I would definately recommend Modern Exteriors, they are GREAT to work with! Jan S.

Scott was Professional to work with and explain the work that was being done.

Scott and his crew are fabulous. They patched a large area in our entry, and returned in the spring to finish the re-dash on the entire house. They matched the new to the old texture, and then dashed everything to match. You can't even see the old patches! Scott was very knowledgeable and patient enough to explain everything to us. His team paid attention to details and everything was done to perfection!

Well the project is not done yet but really they are wonderful cool dudes.

Came out right away and which helped me with getting the rest of my job finished the right way. Thanks Scott!!

They did a great job at the best price! When they were done, they did a fantastic job of cleaning up too!
