The job was recently completed. We hired them to do a patio for the house, they showed up on time and the work turned out great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a patio

Modern Exteriors built a new porch on the front of my house and a deck on the back. I was very happy with the price and the finished product. The two issues I had were 1) The time it took from when the contract was signed until the work began was a little higher than I would have liked (A little over a month) and 2) The jobsite wasn't cleaned up at the end of every day. But everything was cleaned up at the end and the issues I had weren't large enough to take them down to 4 stars. So overall I would say I was very satisfied.

Jeremey Cremer was very professional from the start. I did some DD and received multiple quotes for a deck. While Modern Exteriors price wasn't the lowest, they beat the lowest quote by 5%. I'm very happy with the work performed and impressed the crew was able to work under extreme heat conditions. The only criticism I would have is that the project took a bit longer than scheduled due to permit issues, but the rest of the job went smoothly, so not a big problem.

This company was professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, even worked around our planned Memorial Day trip. All the workers were polite, paid attention to detail, did not waste time or complain about anything. I was made aware of the two people who spoke and understood English well ,and introduced to them in the event I had questions. It could not have gone any better. I will definitely use again.

The real value in a quality contractor, to me, is not whether they make mistakes or not -- everybody makes mistakes. The real question is whether they own up to them and fix them or not. The work crews on my project misread the drawings for the project and consequently built the patio out incorrectly. When this was brought up to the project manager, he immediately apologized, had the crew tear down the patio, and rebuilt it to our requirements. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

While there was a minor "glitch" in getting started, the work was performed in a timely fashion and was done within a few days. The workmanship was good. I would certainly recommend them to others.

After receiving 2 estimates for our patio and walkway project, including Modern Exteriors, I chose Modern Exteriors because they came in 33% less than the other estimate. I don't regret the decision. They were very helpful in the estimating and design process, did not go through the unnecessary step of using an architect to draw up our design, and delivered a great result. Only complaint was that they took advantage of my request to spread soil over the low spots in my yard, and left behind more than I would ever need. Otherwise--very satisfied.

The work has not been started as yet. However Modern Exteriors is the company I used for the paving of my sidewalks.

We had a deck and a patio built with Modern. The sales and office staff were wonderful. They kept in touch with us every step of the way. We were very impressed with the finished product. The builders were on time every day and worked extremely hard each day to get our project complete within a week. They were very pleasant. I rated them Fair on cleanliness because although they did an excellent job cleaning the deck and patio areas, they left a lot of debris on the lawn. They picked up what they could see but there were a ton of leftover nails and screws. Overall, we had a great experience. Good quality workmanship, attentive salespeople, and the best price of all that we interviewed. I would recommend them.

One wall collapsed, and I'm having it rebuilt by another contractor.

Modern Exteriors were great during the estimate process. Our project is schedule to begin in three weeks with Modern Exteriors so I can't complete the survey right now but would be happy to do so in 4-6 weeks when the project is complete.

I think they had the greatest customer service. I also like the personal attention. The person we met with nd place the order with stayed in touch throughout the entire process. When we as customers realized that we needed more work then originally planned they came out right away and assessed the problem. They also agreed to do the work right away without saying they would have to reschedule the job. They were the greatest. Would definitly do work with them again.

Exceptional service, better than promised timeliness, and even better than expected quality. I will use Modern Exteriors again and have already recommended them to others.

Modern Exteriors provides a top notch product. Just be prepared, weather will be a factor in construction, all good things take time, and you get what you pay for. Overall: Highly recomended.

We love our deck, patio and new fence. Once the building began, it didn't take long, however it took too long for them to start our deck. Modern was very responsive to our needs and we would recommend using them.
