Fantastic, responsive service. They detailed every possible consideration for my carpet and walked me through options carefully. Then they cleaned the carpets and they were like brand new! I still can't believe how hard the guy worked, he worked up quite a sweat and was exceedingly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I will refer Modern FIber to all of my friends and colleagues. Tough to find this kind of service anymore.

Exceptional service. Was able to arrange a time for the leather furniture cleaning at my convenience. The provider worked extremely hard to get the best possible result. He actually spent much longer working on my sectional sofa than was promised. He was friendly and had great suggestions for keeping the sofa at it's best. The result was excellent, as well. I would not only use him again, I would recommend him to my friends.

He answered the phone immediately, even though it was the weekend. Since he was already at my home to clean the upholstery, he offered a $50.00 price to clean my 8 x 11 wool, hand-tied oriental rug. I was very happy with the service he provided. He even cleaned my 2 x 3 hall carpet for no added cost. He was very generous with information, and the service met and exceeded my expectations. The job took about 3 hours and cost approximately $140.00.

I just had this company out to my new rental. He showed up on time, dressed professional, and cared about the needs of the customer. He was very clear with every part of the job he was doing and if things arose during the job he stopped to make sure you are aware of his findings. He did not in any way pressure unneeded services unlike other companies out there I called. Straight forward and did an excellent job. I will be using this company again. He takes pride in his company and treats every job like he is in his own home.
