Our garage door died. We needed someone who could repair ASAP. Ken of Modern Garage Doors was at our house an hour after speaking to him on the phone. He was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He gave of a walk through of what was going on with our garage door and what was going to happen. When the work was done, we did another walk through and test run of the repairs. He was great. He is officially our new garage guy!!! Thank you, Ken!

I had a great experience with Modern Garage Doors and the owner, Ken. He responded quickly, showed up on time, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my garage door. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also upgraded a few key parts, and now the door runs smoother and quieter than ever.
Ken is professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right without cutting corners. It’s hard to find that level of honesty and quality service these days.
