Very prompt after initial contact. Service performed on the same day person arrived to give estimate. Price was very reasonable. Fixed roof leak AND cleaned gutters around part of roof near leak.

Overall work included: architectural lifetime roof replacement, gutter & siding replacement, tree haul off, yard clean up, wooden fence repairs and electronic repair/replace estimates. MHC Roofing made the process of getting a new roof so easy for me! The owner helped me through the insurance process and was quick to answer any questions with detail. I originally hired MHC to clean up my yard after three different storms. They were such good hard workers that I decided to hire them to take care of all repairs to my property. I now have a beautiful roof, house and yard. The office workers were very kind and attentive to my request. The crews were quick to get my roof and yard looking top notch! The tech was able to get my electronics repaired or replaced, some even under warranty! I can say with confidence, "Hire Modern Home Concepts for your roofing and electronic needs!"

The crew showed at 7:30 in the morning and finished the entire roof by 4:30 in the afternoon. Mr. Perry Morris, owner, was invaluable in the overall process. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. We were highly impressed.

The main project we had was to replace the roof over our porch which leaked BADLY. After work was done, and we had our first good rain, there was only one small spot that had to be addressed. The company took care of it quickly. We are pleased for the most part.
