Josh is exceptional, prompt, professional, courteous, and explains everything thoroughly. He came yesterday afternoon within a few hours of contacting him and was back this AM to put in a new garage door opening system. He wanted to replace my garage door, he did not replace the brackets that came off, he had a different bracket, all he did was use his tool to close the door which I cannot open since I am worried that the hinges will come off. For $195 there was no warranty. Very disappointed. Waste of my money.

"Unfortunately in your situation the door was off track and side cable was off the spring system. The bottom bracket on the right side was not broken but the steel of your door was broken and unable to be re attached. Me and you also called the original installers of the garage door and the manufacturer of the door and were both told that your door has been discontinued and the bottom section is no longer being made. So your only option would be to replace the door itself, as far as the $195 that was for labor performed that you authorized to get your door back level and closed to secure your space, and as far as the warranty is concerned we can not provide a warranty on knowingly damaged and potentially dangerous part that we know should not be used. we are sorry for the way you are feeling about our service and can understand the frustration of having no other options but to replace the door which we could have had replaced the next day since we were at your home after 6pm in the evening."

I had an issue with my garage door and they were able to fit me in that day to fix it and very affordable as compared to other companies. Very knowledgeable and explained everything including price before doing it and it worked out great as my wife and I were headed out of town the next day when most companies were not able to come out the till the following week.
