Modern Home WA, LLC

Russ was responsive, had great ideas and finished ahead of schedule. Also did a wonderful job with clean up of our old deck. We would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Russ was very personable and professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, answered questions and made suggestions when asked. He was right on schedule from start to finish. The price was exactly what he quoted. He removed our old deck and replaced with a new deck using materials that we chose. He also moved our stairway and added beautiful railings and lights. We wish we could hire him for all of our home upgrades!

Russ was great to work with. He sat down with us and discussed all of our options for our deck build including several different decking choices at different price points. He was very transparent with his bid and the total cost of our project. He was very prompt with communication and kept us up to date with our project. Our deck looks great and we couldn't be happier. I referred him to my mother for some work that she needs done.

I would love to not share him! This company is amazing. Russ listens to what you want, is prompt with a quote and let's you know right from the start how his timeline will be. He sticks to it. He is so honest, I would recommend this company for that reason alone! I love my deck and catio (a very fancy one, which he helped us design) combo and our covered front porch. He was flexible as we went along, as I added on to what I wanted at the last minute. Redesigned as we went along to accommodate what we thought would work at first, and found didn't fit our needs. And he is reasonable and affordable! I cannot sing his praises enough. In fact, I could go on and on. Instead, call ... you will not be sorry!

Very prompt, honest and quality work at a fair price. Will hire him again.

Russ worked through rain , snow, cold , mud asevery day till the job was done He takes great pride in doing a good job.

I have never met a contractor who was so thorough, professional, helpful in the design process and respectful. His work ethic and attention to detail was truly amazing. He cleaned up every day after the job. If he was going to be late he’d call well in adVance. When he completed the job, he even washed the new deck so it was clean and beautiful the first time we used it. I would recommend Russ and his company to my own family, friends and even clients. That is how confident I am in his work.

Russ ia AMAZING! His work, design and work ethic are also a thing of beauty. Our deck & fence are beautiful and we are anxiously waiting for the furniture. Thank you Russ
