ModernMason Group LLC

Helped with finished grading and redesigning rain water drainage. Ryan is very professional and has plenty of attention to detail….

We purchased a mountain property that was over 3 acres and needed help preparing the land for our building site. It has steep slope and a creek so we didn't feel comfortable planning and doing the work ourselves. Ryan worked with Buncombe county and managed all the site planning, permitting, grading and excavation work needed to make the property buildable. He's easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend working with him and ModernMason group on any land or building projects in Asheville!

I worked with ModernMason group on a project to clear and re-grade my property after Helene. The project involved removing old vegetation and large fallen trees, reseeding with grass, and new erosion control measures to manage future drainage. What stood out was how immaculate the property was left after Ryan finished the work with his team. They handled the project in a timely manner and professionally communicated throughout the process. Based on my experience, I'd recommend ModernMason group for any land clearing and grading needs.
