This company/technician knows his stuff about removing this huge nest. Don't waste your money/time. Kevin removed every last bee. Within a few hrs, no bees. Thanks so much. Very professional. I called Modern Pest Solutions to inspect both our primary residence and a rental property. Both the service and the work were outstanding. Bronson took the time to explain the situation and our options. He also gave us some suggestions for prevention. At our rental property he located and treated for termites on the porch and took care of a carpenter ant issue we had near the chimney. I felt better knowing that he guaranteed his work for a year. At no charge, he inspected our home as well. He found evidence of termites in our backyard and suggested replacing a wooden gate nearby. Even though I know we ll have to keep reviewing the situation, I was pleased that he didn t try to rush us into service that we didn t need right away.
