We had a leaking water heater and they came out the very next morning. Noah knocked it out in about 2 hours, carrying out the old water heater and installing a brand new one. He was professional, very courteous, and knew the job and how to do it. I definitely will go to Modern Plumbing Systems again for all of my plumbing needs.

Very quick in responding to my initial request. Asked questions and for pictures. Recommened hot water heater but was open to others. We discussed the options. Booked the appointment right away. Joe was my tech. He was fabulous! Wore little booties when it entered, was here exactly on time. Communicated through out the process. Brian, the owner, showed up as well to check how things were going and make suggestions. I was SO impressed with them and their service. VERY happy! Would highly recommend.

Needed to have my water heater replaced. Joe and Sam came out that day to remove my old one and install a new one. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will definitely use them again with any of my plumbing issues in the future. The price was right inline with what I was expecting.

This was the easiest job I ever had a contractor do. The quote and planning was all handled via text and was not time consuming at all. The price was almost 50% cheaper then the other quotes I received. Sam and Joe were the technicians and they did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and fast. I am very happy with my new water heater.

What can I say, other than WOW! I first talked to the owner (Brian) at 8:19am to tell him that I needed a water heater replacement and I sit here typing this review at 11:42am after the job is done . What, a complete hot water heater replacement in 3.5 hours from the time of first contact? Who does that!? Technicians Sam and Joseph were top notch. Super courteous guys who know their trade. Price? This was my very first experience with Modern Plumbing Systems and it couldn't have gone better. I'm extremely delighted with how well the project went from start to completion. The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable, capable and experienced. In addition, I found him to be totally transparent regarding all the important factors, such as cost estimates, product selection, quality and specific tasks to be performed in completing the project. All of which were provided upfront and in writing quickly and efficiently. As mentioned, while this was my first experience with Modern Plumbing Systems and it surely won't be my last. I now have a family plumber, going forward. They are honest, trustworthy, provide great customer care, efficient, provide very fair and reasonable charges and a breeze to work with.

Excellent! I got a replacement water heater. The old water heater was very very old, and the whole system was updated by Brian and his team. I chose Modern Plumbing Systems over another company for their value; a better estimate, and because they were the first company to respond to my request. Very professional guys came to my house, kind and courteous, replaced plastic valve that was connected to my old dishwasher. Cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. i would definitely hire these guys for any future work that i need done..
