Modern Plumbing of the Triangle, LLC

They did a great job. They were very transparent and responsive.

Same day service. Fixed in minutes. Reasonable price. Professional.

The installer was on time, reasonably priced and extremely professional. Communication was excellent, he walked me through the process of the entire installation and took care in every step and respected my home. I would 100% recommend him to absolutely anyone and have already recommended him to my entire family. I hope nothing else "plumbing related" breaks in the house, but when it does, I know who to call in the future.

Amazing job. Very fast and efficient. Wonderful customer service no sales gimmicks. Did a great job would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

Actually, still in progress but should finish shortly. Very satisfied with timely arrival, analysis and explanation of work to be done to remove and replace water heater tank.

Thorough and professional. Very happy with Modern Plumbing of the Triangle.

Mike showed up on time to replace a hot water heater for me. He was professional did a great job in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Would definitely recommend and if the need arose would hire again. He also gave us a price without all the back and forth that we got from some other plumbers.

Highly recommend! I will refer to the actual song I wrote about our great experience called, "Mike the plumbing hero." : You kind of know that they will come plumbing decides to just not plumb look up the cost and start to cry. Angie's list starts sending guys then came our hero buying time A "clean out" now, save for that new main line hooked it up, said be back later when you can rent that excavator Mike, the plumbing hero Mike the plumbing hero Sure enough, just like he said we were setting up inside that shed pretend were hippies. It's just like Glamping called up Mike, he said stop camping He said you won't need that "compost bucket" thing The weather turned, he said keep shoveling There he was, rain pouring down, laying pipe in red clay ground, Mike, the plumbing hero. Mike, the plumbing hero

Mike and the entire team were great. No dumb phone trees to navigate or robots to talk to - direct connection to a responsive team that was quick to come, deliver great service and at a solid price. I would highly recommend!

He was fantastic, explained everything, and was super efficient!

Mike from Modern Plumbing of the Triangle initially came out to our house about 30 minutes after contacting his office and a quick call back from his wife. Mike was very informative and helpful and gave us a quick quote. I told him I wanted to get several quotes and would make a decision after that. I felt at ease and confident with Mike and his experience and his personality. Today he came and installed our new water heater and did a great job for a fair price. I recommend Modern Plumbing of the Triangle and have them saved as a contact for any future plumbing needs we may have.

Terrific company, Mike came out and helped me with all my plumbing issues. Great job !

They were quick and got the job done quickly. Very professional, nice and knowledgeable

Great work Great communication

I had a fantastic experience working with Mike & Karen of Modern Plumbing! Mike is a Master Plumber and cares deeply about sharing his expertise and doing high quality work. We had an electric water heat that had ceased working while we were out of town. He drained and removed the old tank and installed a new gas tankless system. He was very responsive and worked long hours to get our project completed. After living here for more than 30 years, we’ve finally found a plumber that we will call whenever there is a need!

Excellent experience with Modern Plumbing of the Triangle! He completed the installation the very next day with exceptional workmanship. He was professional, patient in answering my many questions, and he did not try to up sell unnecessary services or products. His pricing was reasonable and he cleaned up the area thoroughly after the service was completed. I would absolutely hire him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation. The pricing was very fair. A wonderful experience, at a great price. We will be calling Modern Plumbing of the Triangle for our future plumbing needs. A absolute 5 star experience. We highly recommend Modern Plumbing of the Triangle!

Mike did an AWESOME job of replacing a hot water heater that included rerouting the gas line as well as tidying up the hot and cold-water lines. Honestly, the project looks like it's photoshopped while looking at it real-time. Mike is very meticulous with his work and is also a splendid person to get to know.

We had an excellent experience with Modern Plumbing, run by Mike and his wife. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. His estimate showed expertise and attention to detail, and he recommended a higher-end model than others. Supporting a local business was important to us. During installation, Mike detected a faint gas smell, traced it to a nail puncturing our gas line—a slow leak for ten years. He safely repaired it, thanks to his gas line certification. Now our home is safe, and we have a great new water heater. We trust Modern Plumbing and highly recommend them.
