Modern Re-Bath

We went directly to ReBath when we needed to redo our 2nd story Hall Bath. From the design consult with Matt to the actual tear down and install by Kaycee Frank, the remodel process was smooth. Kaycee was the most efficient, skilled and communicative on-site person we've encountered on any project. He did the whole thing himself, from new floor to new ceiling, which was eye-popping impressive. He protected surfaces outside the work area, cleaned up at the end of each day, and consulted with us as needed to identify a design element or discuss a behind the wall issue he encountered. His confidence improved our confidence. Really, can't recommend him enough! We love our new / old hall bath.

I love my new Rebath shower. Kaycee Frank installed our bathtub to shower conversion. He could not have been more careful and considerate in the process of completing the work. The shower is beautiful and greatly improves both the function and look of my bathroom. Kaycee discussed every detail around the height and placement of the support bars before he installed them. He really paid attention to the details. I also must put in a good word for Ian who was our first contact with Rebath. He was also very considerate and addressed my questions showing that he really knew the product. He was direct and honest. I knew the bottom line on the cost without the obnoxious pushiness and game playing of other salespeople. Both Kaycee and Ian are fine representatives of a good company.

Kaycee from Modern Re-Bath did a tub to shower conversion, with a bench, safety bars, shower head , handheld shower wand & a shower tower to hold all the shampoos & soaps. The work was extremely accurate, the bathroom is so luxurious, it is now the best room in the whole house! He was so friendly, cleaned up every speck of dirt, laid runners throughout the house to protect the carpeting. Hard-working fast & efficient...both my neighbors want to get their bathrooms done over after seeing mine! They couldn't believe the beauty and how fast everything was done. We did not have a good experience with this company. We felt wife was tricked by Amy the "designer" to sign a bare boned contract, after promising to add all the detail from her notes, and they sent it 9 days later with a different email so I will not have a chance to review it and contest it. We do not recommend this company, even though they are subcontracted by Home Depot. We recommend you to look elsewhere and always get multiple bids to weed out shady ones, and always demand to read your contract before signing, and research the cost of each fixture. I am very pleased and happy with the way everything was done. I had to have a new shower replacement. I was nervous about the cost but,they were in the same range as others quoted me. Hal was the manager and did all the work. He was amazing! I absolutely love it! I would use them again in the future if I need anything else done. Very professional from beginning to end.
