The person we worked with, Jason, he was very efficient, agreeable, made good suggestions. Did great work. He is a perfectionist, so he stuck with it until it was exactly the way we wanted it. If we changed our minds, he was okay with that. We trusted him to the point that we would leave him alone to do his work, we didn't feel like we had to be there, watching him.
