I had them remodel my existing laundry room to make it more functional. They removed existing closet and cabinets, relocated a ceiling fixture, installed new flooring, cabinets, drying racks, butcher block counter top, and utility sink. They also replaced the exterior door leading to patio. Their prices were fair and they really cared about the work they were doing. When unexpected hurdles came up, they did not take short cuts. They were very thorough in making sure that the job was done correctly and I would not experience issues later on even if it meant more work for them. I really did appreciate that. They are a family business and I also really liked that. I felt like they all cared about their work and had a good team working together on my project. Very nice and easy to work with as well. I would recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish it was very professional. The estimate was inline with others but they were insured, bonded and registered with our village. Great job guys!

Very high quality work, both by company workers and sub contractors. Due to permit and supply issues, took months to actually start construction, but then moved at a steady pace. Workers were on time, appeared when supposed to, and were very accommodating when additional requests were made that added to original contract, Also very personable and comfortable to be around. Original contract amount was very reasonable and change orders also reasonable and easily handled. They constantly checked in with me to make sure work being done met my expectations. I am very pleased with the result and feel I got a bargain. Barbara Burghardt , Glen Ellyn .
