I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. I reached out to the company owner to address a lingering issue he had previously promised to resolve, as we were experiencing a leak. Regrettably, my calls were ignored, and I requested that he uphold his commitment to cover the damages. Instead, he chose to block me. His conduct was thoroughly unprofessional. He withheld my payment and neglected to address the issue.

The only good thing about the company was the lady who responded to my emails. She was nice and the only reason I tried to stay with them. They took forever to get the job done. The roof still leaked after they did the alleged repair. When I asked them to come and address the problem, the man who answered the phone was dismissive. In short, they took my money and my roof is still leaking.

Outstanding from the first phone call. Very personable and understanding of specific concerns. I personally would recommend them to anyone as their response time was impeccable and we are completely pleased with the install, product and communication throughout the process. The crews that worked so hard to the clean up crews I never seen such hard working men who were very polite and kind. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you All!

Responded immediately to the emergency and was only 1 of 5 roofing companies I called to cover with a tarp and began repairs the next day. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend them and will also use them when it's time to replace the whole roof. Very professional, thorough and followed up to make sure there weren't any problems after the incident.

Do not work with them! They will ONLY work with customers that go thru their insurance companies to get paid! We gave them $3,000 dollars down payment for a $6,000 flat roof repair 6 months ago and have not seen them since! DO NOT RECOMMEND! PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Outstanding from the office and crew they will be my first call.

Just the facts: 1. It took them over 60 days from the contract signing to the FIRST day on site 2. The dry-in leaked during the next rain and caused thousands of dollars worth of interior damage which... 3. They said they would meet me at the property the next day and did not show. 4. MOSTLY did not return phone calls or text messages UNTIL they wanted another check. 5. The first inspection FAILED and dry-in was not to code. 6. The second inspection was skipped and..(see #12) 7. The dry-in, which is not supposed to sit uncovered, sat uncovered for 41 days. 8. I had to file a complaint with the Indian River County Building Dept. (contact David Cheechi) JUST to get them to continue to work on the job. 9. They LOST check number 3. 10. They gave me a choice of shingles colors, VIA text messages. When I choose the color (In writing and via email, per their request) I was told I could not have that color because it would take longer to get in, but then... 11. They ordered a DIFFERENT color shingle which then sat on the roof for more than 3 weeks, so my first choice could have been gotten in time. 12. They proceeded to shingle my house in the WRONG COLOR. 13. When they called for the final inspection, the inspector required them to peel back some of the work so that he could DO the inspection that was skipped. 14. My elderly neighbor hired them (not on my recommendation, but just because he happened to see them) and, as of this writing is it over 100 days that he has been living with a leaking dry-in. 15. They told me it was a 3-day job and it took 92 days from signing to final. 16. They caused me to LOSE my insurance of homeowner -- due to no roof -- during hurricane season. 17. They showed up without a LADDER and had to borrow one to get on the roof. 18. When asked, the owner said he could not POSSIBLY return all the calls and texts he gets (from a paying customer with a job in progress?) 19. The addresses on their contract are not accurate and there is an old-folks-home-care business. 20. The ONLY way I got them to even return calls was to contact their insurance agent and have THEM get involved. 21. The Qualifier, Brian Reuter is UNREACHABLE and out of state --these people are working under the license of someone else. 22. Reviews here are untrue: MONICA works there and the one before that is her friend or sister.

Luis came to give me a price and after having a couple of companies come out I realized they were the best price, now I have a great roof at a better price then what my neighbors paid.

I did not expect a quick response from any roofing company, since this was only a repair and not a complete re-roof. MRE contacted me the next day and their representative Monika came by and gave me the quote and it was reasonable. I accepted and figured the job would begin in a few days or so. Wrong, they called on a Saturday morning (the next day) letting me know a crew was on the way to my home to do the repair. They repaired the roof repair in a few hours, completely cleaned up and left. I will definitely use them again, when the need arises.

company came out and gave me a quote with then 1 hr i signed and guys came out the next day. i had the best experience with hiring MRE and feel good about the overall work that was done. yes i will differently recommend this company to everyone in palm city .

I have to wait to see if the leaks were fixed (hold rain), but the company representatives were responsive and prompt. They arrived when they promised and got the job done in less than one day. Every step was explained and documented. Iin our area, just getting roofers to respond to a call for service is a big deal. RCE did that and MORE!

I found this company to be very professional. They sent the cost and did the job well. They called after a rain to make sure there was not a problem. Mr Cooper came to look at the job and then the tile expert and president of the company came out to look. The workers were great. Managed to reuse most of the tiles they had to take off.

MCE came to my house the next day and repaired part of my roof, in the rain. Mr. Cooper then returned the next day with additional pieces of replace the missing ridge cap. He also took time to check the entire roof for loose/missing screws and loose metal pieces, then tightened everything down, caulking where needed. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
