Was hired to do carpet stretching and cleaning. In the process of doing their work they knocked shelving off the wall and it put a hole in my bedroom door. They tried to blame it on me and stated it was my fault for the way it was hung to the wall. Has been hanging for over 10 years and have never fallen off. Bruce was very confrontational about addressing their responsibility. He agreed to take $75.00 off of the charge but not sure that is sufficient to fix the door. He was not willing to complete the carpet cleaning.

"We tried our best to work out a resolution. The customer overreacted to situation and threatened to call police and called me untruthful, it was after this that I decided not to continue working with this customer. We cleaned up and negotiated a final price, removing cleaning and refunding some of the stretching cost. The customer put a stop payment on credit card a few days later. Life is too short to fight with bad customers."

I made the appointment a week in advance. The technician Bruce came to my home at the agreed time. He explained the details to be done to save our carpet. The price quoted was very reasonable. And his crew showed up the next day, on time, to the job.

Very professional workers. Showed up a little early and that was great. Bruce was so knowledgeable about the job and gave other information to me. Both workers treated my furniture with care when moving it around the room. So refreshing to have a contractor that is professional and cost conscious.
