I had a tub surround installed in October 2022.. the tile had fallen off the wall and the wall behind seemed moist. Mike came out and said he would replace the plaster backwall with drywall and put in a tub surround. The tub surround was bubbled and the caulking was not caulking.. it was the stick on edging. He said he could not get a piece of the edging to stick to the tub so he used brown tape on the gap between the tub surround and the tub. While there was SOME caulking on the pieces of tub surround connecting, there was no caulking on the wall connecting the tub surround. The surround has since bubbled more. I paid in cash and requested a copy of invoice be emailed to me and it took 5 requests to get a receipt for part of the work. He was a nice guy which is the reason for 1 start instead of half, but he has displayed zero pride in his work. I have messaged to request him come correct the work, but no response.
