From a distance, the finished bathroom appears attractive, but the workmanship is lacking. If you don’t mind paying extra to fix mistakes or doing repairs yourself, this company could work for you. We hired Jonathan and his team to design and install a modern, stylish bathroom because we lacked the time to tackle the job. He is very patient, easy to work with, and seemed to want to make us happy. However, what was estimated to take 30 days or less stretched into nearly three months of anxiety due to some contractors on his team who lacked skill and detail. Whenever one task was expected to be completed, two more areas would require fixing/attention. We found ourselves collecting their trash—scraps of wood, nails, debris, and packaging left in our bedroom for weeks. We've had to hire others to repaint, mend a damaged backsplash, secure loose flooring, and correct electrical issues. Some issues remain, but my husband and I are addressing them slowly. My recommendation is to choose a contractor who delivers high-quality work on schedule and treats you as a priority customer.

Jonathan and his team gave us exactly what we needed. We needed extra space, so they built a shed that’s accessible for my handicapped son to use and enjoy, since our house is small. On top of that, they gave our house a new roof and added a storm door. They were super accommodating, understanding of our needs, and you can tell they truly care. Great experience!

AA+++ Business! The crew always arrived on time and was professional and very communicative from the start. Demolished our old rotted wooden deck and built us a beautifully designed outdoor space for our family to enjoy to make many memories to come. Thankfully we kept the project right on projected estimate maybe a little more but we added things here and there so no complaints there. Can’t wait to have you guys remodel our bathrooms!

Modern Structure Homes LLC came and did an estimate and was starting the job the following Monday and they were very professional and friendly to our family and they seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about roofing and preventing leaks, and we decided to hire them again for our kitchen remodel and my wife has said over and over again that we should have hired then for previous projects then maybe we wouldn?t have had to even redo our roof and kitchen. When he came to give us estimate he was honest and real with everything. We did have a mix up with the completion date, but the fault was on our side and he still accommodated us even though it was probably inconvenient. Truly want to also thank the crew Vladimir, Chris, Jason, and Joe. They were very respectful and professional in our home and they truly were personal able and friendly to our pets. The workmanship to remove 7 trees that were damaged or infected was fine until the end when they disappeared without completing the promised cleanup. The owner came and before others promised to return to complete the originally promised cleanup/leveling, but then reneged, leaving the ground uneven and throwing down an inferior grass seed that I had to purchase roundup to destroy. My advice would be to NEVER pay the final payment until ALL the work is complete to your satisfaction and their original agreement. Don't be fooled by the friendly manner and smooth talk - - - don't make my mistake and assume they would fulfill their promise.

Jonathan and his team were beyond amazing. They took down 14 trees, took out all the stumps, cut the logs to fit our splitter, mulched the debris, graded the property and the driveway! They even made one area super flat so putting the patio pavers back in is a breeze. They safely moved our camper out of the way and placed it exactly where we wanted when they were done. They were fast, reasonably priced and did an A job. They quadruple checked every step of the way to make sure we were happy. Plus, they were just fun. The whole crew was super upbeat and it was clear they enjoyed their work. Best contractor we ever hired.
