All of the gentlemen who painted our house were very professional, courteous, respectful and very polite. The work that was performed was in all cases above standard. I am very glad we went with Modern Vision Painting and would recommend them to all.

Where do I begin. There were zero positives to working with this company. Trying to communicate with the contractor after the project start was impossible. The quality of work was so terrible that it was clear the crew provided did not know the first thing about installing windows. We were upfront with every issue as it came up but by the end, we had repeated the same issue many times and it was still not correctly addressed. We had the same problems throughout the entire project and the crew never corrected their process. The extensive amount of issues meant the project took a month longer than planned and our residents were bothered unnecessarily and repeatedly. The crew also was disrespectful of the tenants and the property. We now have crooked windows, screens that do not properly function, damage to interior surrounds, horrible caulking, and upset tenants.

I would highly recommend Modern Vision painting and construction. Gilbert and his team did a great job on replacing the siding on my older home.

They also helped construct a structure for exposed ducting which looks phenomenal. The painting was excellent and customer service was great too

Although I missed our first appointment, Gilbert was willing to circle back and meet me. He was on time and gave a professional estimate prior to having the crew come work. Although conditions were just barely manageable, raining after the snowy days in January and they finished the work to save my wall from more dry rot. They replaced the plywood, applied the proper vapor barrier and waited for dry conditions to paint with the color of one of the old boards they took with them to match. I had a few other areas that the roofers goofed up with paint and they are going to come back and do that for me at their hourly rate. I should have asked how much that was but anyway I'm sure it will be fair. :-) Vicki

Gilbert worked even though the weather was terrible! He was concerned about the dry rot underneath my siding and so he and his crew got it fixed even though there's no had barely melted and the rain was still current. He did not paint in the rain however and waited for the dry weather to come back and finish painting the siding boards that were pre primed so okay for a little while. Thank you Gilbert

Compared to his competitors he offers really solid value with what he provides. Working with him was easy, I told what needed to get done and he did it. Their bid was very sound compared to the competition. I have recommended because he does pretty good work!

Quality work and great people that painted our house

We are extremely pleased with their work. Our house is 100 years plus old and 2 stories. Many details and very tedious work. The finished work is beautiful. Gilbert is a go-getter and a perfectionist. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I was so pleased with the first project I hired them for three more. They will stay in my Rolodex for good. Thank you to Bob for indulging the whims of a woman who changes her mind often. The entire staff is friendly and they stop and listen and adjust if needed. Will hire in the future for sure.

They worked really hard to get our house painted. They not only had adverse weather, they had smoke from the fires and ash to deal with. They had us check to make sure we were happy with the finished product. They did a super job and we are very happy.

An example of this was when after beginning to paint my front porch, I realized the color was different than I expected. I was a bit embarrassed about wanting to choose a different color after having just chosen the original, but they were undeterred. They quickly got the new color from the store and made a quick adjustment.
