Had three windows installed quickly and efficiently. The trim around the windows - they did an awesome job! Clean up after installation, they did a good job!. Five stars for quality of work, customer service, and value for the money.

So happy we chose Modern Window for our project. We needed 9 windows replaced in the front of our home. From the estimate to the finished product everyone was friendly and kind and professional. Treated us like family. The crew did an incredible job, arriving early and finishing the job before the snow started to fall that day. They left the rooms and rugs clean, it was like they were never here. And the product, windows, are absolutely beautiful, high quality. Very happy!!!! Will definitely be calling them in the future for more windows. Highly recommend. Thank you Modern Window for a very easy pleasant experience!!!

The first project was for a large multi-window which was done with care and precision. I was so impressed with the quality of both the window and the installers that I had them install a bathroom window which is located in the shower and 2 large bedroom windows which were sliders, 45h x 90w. The weather wasn't cooperative in November but all precautions were taken and the work was excellent and the cleanup perfect. I was impressed with their windows because of being 3-panes of glass they keep out a lot of the noise and both slide as well as the screen. I would have no problem suggesting them to others and the office help were always in touch to make sure everything went along well.

We were installing all new windows in our home, 12 total. Chance, their crew leader arrived with the truck containing the windows and immediately did an inventory as the crew was arriving, and making sure all windows and tools were on hand. Chance advised they would have all windows installed in one day. Based on the number of the crew they made fast work of the installation. Each worker knew the task at hand and completed all the installation and clean up by end of the day. We did a walk around with Chance looking for any issues or problems we could find. Chance and crew advised their office on the completion. The crew did a great job and every window was installed correctly. I would recommend their company, crew and sales people. Modern Windows were the only ones that wanted to come to our region of NY and had a Sales Person on the road the next day.

I needed four windows replaced and chose this company to perform the job. From the sales rep, Chad, Christine in customer service, to Chance, the installation tech and his crew, I was treated as family. These people are experts in windows and answered all of my questions and provided me with explanations of how the windows insulate against the cold air as well as reduce the glare and heat of the sun. I ordered four double paned, double hung windows at a very competitive price. Installation took half a day and cleanup was thorough. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied.

Prompt. Polite, yet friendly; helpful and respectful of me and my property. They know their craft well. Chance and Jesse were faced with a couple of finish work challenges. They improvised solutions to my complete satisfaction. The crew cleaned up outside and in before leaving. At this time, (barring any future, unforeseen issues), I'm completely satisfied with the product and the workmanship. I LOVE my new kitchen bow window! 5 stars!

They were very professional starting with the sales person and ending with the installing crew. Very understanding with the medical issues we had from office personal to installation crew. Windows were what we did ordered, (no replacement or substitution of windows) Had an issue before, with another company. Installation crew were very efficient and courteous. Cleanup was done effectively after installation. Highly recommend this company.

Took a while to get installed. Much discussion after windows were ordered. The final result was good, however, they were a bit unorganized. Sent over one guy to install (on his first day) when the job required a minimum of three people.

The windows were exactly what we were looking for and the customer service was good. No heavy selling or pushing to upsell which is always a plus when you know what you want and don?t want to waste time.

I did something I never do with any company, they were my first quote and I hired them. I felt extremely comfortable with the salesman and they make you feel like a part of their family. Once materials were in I was called immediately to schedule the installation. The installers arrived at their scheduled time and it was a really rainy day. They made sure I was ok with the installation being done because of the weather. Once I said I was fine, they got right to work. I was told at time of scheduling that the installation of my 4 windows would take 5-6 hours. These guys were done in about 4 hours including their cleanup, which was also great. Couldn't even tell anyone was there doing any work! The windows look amazing and I am completely satisfied. I will be suggesting them to anyone I hear looking for new windows and will keep them in mind for possible future projects.
