Felipe did an amazing job on his foundation plans for our project. He also handle our questions and requests in a quick and polite manner. The cost and timing of the work was reasonable and we really appreciate the company in taking on this project while others were taking a long time to get back to us or had a huge and unreasonable cost behind it. The city also appreciated the work this company created.

We bought an old home and needed a structural engineer to assess what condition the house was in so we knew what we could feasibly remodel. We were admittedly ignorant to the whole process. When Felipe came out for the inspection, he was professional, friendly, and happily answered our uninformed questions. We didn't know what to expect in the structural assessment report, but upon receiving the report, it was unquestionably worth the money. I am doing a bit of the remodeling myself and he has been an invaluable resource allowing me to ask questions as I progress through the remodel. I would recommend his services to others, and will certainly use his services again in the future.
