Modified Home Improvement was quick, efficient, reliable, and considerate of all needs. Torry was a pleasure to work with and I would be inclined to work with him again in the future for any of my contractor needs!

Modified Home Improvement did a few projects for me, and I can truly say Torri is an excellent person to work with. He is honest, extremely hard-working, and fair. He is my personal contractor because he is humble and patient and takes pride in his work.

My experience with Torry was awesome! He was very accurate with his job and very honest also. Honestly I tried Other contractors and they charged me much more and did not fix the leak on my roof. He got to the root of the problem and fixed it with the right material. I am going to hire him for my enclosure of my deck. The man is truly amazing with his work 5 stars all the way!!!!
