Modular Flooring Solutions

Great product with really nice quality. Finishing touches could have been better. Baseboard was put on with too short staples we ended up redoing ourselves, staples left everywhere, transitions look rough, etc.

he was absolutely fabulous, thoughtful, listened to me, figured out where his product could meet my expectations

I love my new floor. They did a beautiful job. Chuck was so courteous and honest. The workers were great and Bill was a master at putting in flooring. I was so very pleased with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the whole team and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who has a flooring project and definitely hire them again. Sincerely, Karen M.

minus the scheduling conflicts, they did pretty good

2 bedrooms carpeted, living room, dining room and hallways laminated under very difficult conditions (floors stained from previous owner's pet) all came out beautifully. Installers worked long and hard and Chuck gave his personal attention to the entire project to ensure the successful outcome of the new and lovely floors.

Quality work done in a timely fashion.

They did a great job laying the carpet on the cement floor, but they lacked experience with laying carpet on stairs. We had them come back twice to fix the carpet (wasn't tacked down properly and nail spikes cut my daughters foot). After having them back twice, the spikes are still present. The owner informed me the rug was mid-grade and its normal to have the spikes point out. I will tell you the owner was very pleasant to deal with and personally asked me for my hammer to fix the spikes. However, being this was the third time they came back, I figured I would fix it myself. Again, great company, but they lack the experience in laying carpet on stairs. I would re-hire but not for carpet stair installation. Hope this helps.

very friendly, gave good estimate, brought samples to choose from. did job as quoted.

Everything Chuck had said would happen and when it would happen did happen. The job was beyond what I expected!

OVERALL PRETTY GOOD

Chuck was very helpful in making the right choices for our needs. The installer was very professional and did a great job. He was even easy going about our curious cats and considered their safety at all times. The finished work is so nice we wish we had done it years ago.

Chuck was very helpful and professional. Answered any questions I had and was very easy to get a hold of

chuck was easy to work with. I thought there was going to be 2 men installing, but only one came to do the flooring. the floor looks good, but not sure I picked out a good floor, as it will be a waiting game of wether it lifts or not because the installer said he had to cover staples or something?? so it kind of left me wondering about the floor, the product and the installer.

Chuck was wonderful to work with. The actual installer did a good job but forgot a tool needed to finish it off. Chuck had someone out the next day to finish the job who was extremely personable and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire Chuck and his crew again.

The two installers took their time and did a very neat job on a tough stairway that required many cuts due to the uneven faux stone wall..looks great and completes the Oriole Man Cave. Go O's!!!!!!!!!!

The first day that I met Chuck to discuss what job I needed was met with a feeling that I had known him for years. His friendly approach to the business was exceptional. He was extremely business like and made me feel very comfortable. When the job estimate was submitted I knew right away that Modular Flooring had a contract. Arrangements were swiftly agreed upon and the job was begun. Both Bill and Bob the installers were very professional. The job was performed promptly and a good job was done. It was a pleasure to hire Chuck and his firm and I will do it again when needed.

They were prompt professional and very conscientious about the job. They made every effort to satisfy the customer
