Great product with really nice quality. Finishing touches could have been better. Baseboard was put on with too short staples we ended up redoing ourselves, staples left everywhere, transitions look rough, etc.

I love my new floor. They did a beautiful job. Chuck was so courteous and honest. The workers were great and Bill was a master at putting in flooring. I was so very pleased with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the whole team and the price was very reasonable. 2 bedrooms carpeted, living room, dining room and hallways laminated under very difficult conditions (floors stained from previous owner's pet) all came out beautifully. Installers worked long and hard and Chuck gave his personal attention to the entire project to ensure the successful outcome of the new and lovely floors.

They did a great job laying the carpet on the cement floor, but they lacked experience with laying carpet on stairs. We had them come back twice to fix the carpet (wasn't tacked down properly and nail spikes cut my daughters foot). After having them back twice, the spikes are still present. The owner informed me the rug was mid-grade and its normal to have the spikes point out. I will tell you the owner was very pleasant to deal with and personally asked me for my hammer to fix the spikes. However, being this was the third time they came back, I figured I would fix it myself. Again, great company, but they lack the experience in laying carpet on stairs. I would re-hire but not for carpet stair installation. Hope this helps.
