They did a very good work on a timely fashion, they leave the place clean without a track mark on the house.

I had a variety of house repairs done by Moeller and Moeller. They didnâ  t hesitate to take on my list of stuff. They are very accommodating, really nice guys, professional, hardworking, and all the work was done in a very timely manner. I will definitely use them in the future.

The only thing they did was replace both bolts that hold the toilet down. Only the one was broken. Apparently they did not have the right size bolts. They were too long for the job and the caps that cover over them do not fit down on the bolts right. They used plumbers putty to hold the caps on the bolts. Does not look very good or professional.

They came on time, removed the items to be thrown away and took them away. They did the job I hired them to do well.

I am disappointed with the work done by this company. They accepted my work at a reasonable price. After the installation, I noticed that the fan they installed was wobbling. I called the number. The person at the other end told me that their technician had used the existing box and bracket. And he said they could come back and redo it by cutting the drywall and installing a new box. When I asked why they did not do what needed to be done the first time, the reply was **You are paranoid about Covid**. This is not only unprofessional, but it is outrageous. When I first called, I asked them whether they would wear a face mask. They said yes. Now this time the person on the phone was using that as an excuse for not installing the fan properly. That is unacceptable. Also, no technician should be allowed in a house without wearing a face mask during a pandemic. After our telephone call, they reimbursed my money, which was the right thing to do. If you are thinking to hire this company, I suggest that you think more carefully.

Installed a water heater. Friendly and professional. I would consider them if I need additional work.

I called them this afternoon at 1:30 and by 2:30 they called back and came right away and fixed 3 problems for a reasonable price. They said we needed a new faucet and they actually went to Lowes to get it. They came back and installed it and fixed the toilet that needed repair. They even connected our garbage disposal for us. They are very friendly and showed us the problems and explained the repairs. We will definitely be using them in the future.

The guys were very respectful, honest and professional. We have recommended them to family, coworkers and friends.

These plumbers were very prompt in coming to get the job I needed done, plus pointing out another problem I had, showing me before and after pics, and doing that the same day. They were very professional and informed me of other services they do, so I hope to hire them to do a few other projects I need done. The job they had to do was thoroughly explained to me and they did have reasonable prices for work done. Hope to see them in the future.

They brought my attention to things they could fix and thought I was going to have to find someone else to do. I will use them again for other projects in the future.

I put a request through on home advisor, and within a few hours, they already called to schedule a time to come out. Very fast service, as they were out that night. They came in, and immediately went to where we had the problem, and started working. They found the problem too big to handle, but did what they could, before calling another expert. They checked with the expert to see when they were available. Got us set up for an appointment with someone else just a few days later. We had Moeller and Moeller out to service a leak under our sink. The other service company, found out it was because of a clog in the sewer. Both issues were connected. The problem would not have been addressed, if Moeller and Moeller was not contacted first!

Guys came out at the drop of a hat. They were courteous and professional. Price was very fair. They also had some good suggests for potential home improvements. Highly recommend and would use them again.

They were very thorough, prompt, and answered questions I had regarding the faucet and water filtration system they installed.
