Moe is honest and reasonable with his prices. The quality of work that he provides is excellent. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend him. UPDATE 11/17/2020: Well, I think Moe is a good guy, however, I am not paying him to be a good guy. I am paying him to be honest like the first job he did and when he came to my house. I think he needs to watch his workers. My roof was done in January of 2020. Little less than a year my roof has worsened and it is leaking more than ever. The work is not guaranteed, because he did not come back with his crew to fix the problem. Moe personally came, but, again he was using a flex seal spray when he should have looked for the problem instead of just taping it up. I had two other people give me free estimates and was told that it was not done correctly. There were nails that needed to be removed and covered after the removal but it was not. Also, no tarp was put on, just Karnak. Now, I have someone coming Thursday or Friday and they say that they guarantee the work even if it continues leaking. I also asked if all his workers are licensed. I would like to make sure that the workers that are with him know what they are doing when he leaves. You live and learn... Next time, make sure when anyone gets their roof fixed there is a contract and a warranty that if anything should happen the contractor should come back and fix the problem, not tell you to buy a couple of flex seals to correct it when you pay him to do the job.
