Run do not walk away from using this company. After 53 emails and 2 months of trying to work with them, they have yet to complete the contracted work. The first window replacement had to be taken out by our request as it did not fit the frame. Three trips later, and one very large burn mark on our grass from the window being left face down in the hot sun, the window is in. We also had contracted three pieces of glass for furniture tops. They are insistent on us taking products from them that they deliver that are chipped and cracked and do not fit. The last trip out 3 weeks ago was to deliver the remaining piece of tabletop glass, also chipped and unusable. When we told them we would not accept the piece, the owner of the company became very upset with us and insisted that we give them money for gas for the different trips they had made to our home to do inferior work with inferior products. Up to this point we have paid all monies due, except for a very small balance. Last correspondence with them stated that we do not have anyone that can cut the glass. Is not that what a glass company does? We are now looking for a reputable company to complete the job.

This company was excellent to work with. They were professional and replaced two of my broken windows in a timely manner. Great Job.

OUTSTANDING quality and work!!! We contacted them to repair a broken glass sliding glass patio door. They were prompt and showed up to give us an estimate and were able to do the repair the very next day with no disruption to us. The quality of their work is absolutely amazing and they work very fast and clean. We highly recommend AtlasGlass and will be using them again in the future. The techs are very professional and pet-friendly too!

They came out within a few hours of initial contact and repaired my frameless glass shower enclosure. They were efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after finishing their work as well. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need future work with glass around the house.

Communication and coordination were a little rough at times, but, they did the job at a competitive price with pretty good quality.

Professional, on time very friendly and accommodating

I had a broken window in a historic townhome. Atlas Glass responded quickly and installed the glass within one day. The work looks good.

I hired Atlas to repair two windows. They came soon after we contracted with them and had to take the windows to their shop but when they returned, they said that one of the windows was put in incorrectly and that they would have to take it back and would return the next day. They did not cover the opening where the window was and we had to cover the openings on our own as it rained terribly that evening. When they returned, they installed the window backward! I had to point that out to them or else they would have left it that way. They were polite and did finish the job but their professionalism and quality of workmanship were poor. I would not hire them again.

I hired Sam to install a custom frame less shower door on May 19 and was suppose in install on June 23, this has been a transaction of double talking and excuses, I have zero confidence that this project will be competed by Sam

Exceelant, fast, and accurate service. The service people were very friendly, came to my house on the same day to take measurements of a broken window. As promised, they replaced my broken window within 2 days, with a new panel which fit accurately. They worked very professionally and respectfully. We are happy with their quality work.
