This craftsman has to be the sloppiest worker ever. He had no respect for my property and made a huge mess, both inside and out, that he never cleaned up. I was expecting repairs, not damage and should not have had to clean up after him.

First of all they were 2 hours late. He told me he would be here at 11:30 but did not get here until 1:30 (did not call to let me know he would be late either). He slapped the drywall on and made a mess (it was everywhere). Some brown spots bled through, so we called and texted them. No one returned our calls. They really do not even earn 1/2 a star.

Terrible customer communication. Never shows up on time, never calls or texts if they are running behind. Didnt fix the dry wall the first time (the one he replaced the whole panel looks good), said he will be there on a date/time as discussed, but no call no show. Wish I could have spent more money with another company to get the job right the first time. Honestly didnt want to use this company in the first place, they contacted me when I looked them up on this website. Save your money and go with someone else.

The job itself was fine. However, I am still cleaning dry wall mud off of furniture, walls, doors, door knobs, floors, doorbell. If he walked past anything, it got mud on it, including clean clothes I had folded next to the front door to take to my dad who was,in rehab hospital.

I have a very bad experience with this project. They collect the money but did not finish the job. When I contacted them they will not come out and complete the job they started. It was a very bad experience for me.
