"Hello Paul, Thank you for your feedback. As we explained to you when you ordered the wood roller shades, we do not make them anymore other than a courtesy to past customers. We used to order the materials in bulk so our cost was lower 5 years ago. We were transparent in the pricing up front. We let you, and every other customer, know that vinyl roller shades are less expensive elsewhere and we prefer not to make them. Of course the rollers they use are cardboard and not wood. As you stated, you wanted to purchase them anyway. We installed the shades for you as well. Also you requested a different fabric we had to special order. We appr"
