Brian and his brother Tim added a roof on our existing brick patio, but that doesn't begin to tell what they really did. Brian really listens to what your vision is but adds his own advice also. they built a beautiful wood ceiling with fans under a roof that matched our existing house roof perfectly -to say that Brian is a perfectionist doesn't do the word justice! From the cutting of the bricks to perfectly match the ones we had , to the lighting and whatever additional ideas I thought of and asked him to do, he did it! Any extra work I asked of Brian he thoughtfully figured it out and brought it to a timely conclusion. He really cares about your project and wants it to look just like you want. We hired Mohr Remodeling to do a long list of needed repairs and remodeling that included replacing the weathered , worn vinyl siding on our double wide mobile home, replace the vinyl skirting with metal skirting, repair rotting eaves and replace the existing mobile home front door and storm door and windows with regular house/storm doors and windows. This included having to completely re-frame the door and window openings. They also took an existing old , dilapidated homebuilt 16 x 8 porch and frame and completely rebuilt it to a very nice porch complete with deck over coating. They did great on the painting and touch up when replacing the doors and windows. We are extremely happy with the results and the house and porch look brand new. Brian is very honest and knows his craft. He proposed a budget and kept us appraised of how things were being charged every step of the way. We felt he was very fair in his pricing and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy . His attention to detail is impressive and he was always thinking a few steps ahead of every move that was done to avoid any unforeseeable problems. Mobile home are notoriously hard to work on and present many problems when remodeling but Brian and Tim overcame any obstacles that arose. I also hired them to redo and replace three porches and ramps at my mothers house and they turned out wonderful. I then hired them to replace a storm door and install awning supports at our office and it looks great. I only wish I could upload pictures of the work done so everyone could see the quality of the work provided. We would highly recommend Mohr Remodeling for any and all projects you might need.

Mr. Mohr did all the work in one day, to replace a door ruined in a burglary, even after encountering a few unexpected snags.

I did a through search before settling on Mr. Mohr for a major Home remodel. The qualities that are desirable in such a job are honesty, reliability, work ethic, qualification/experience, and quality of work. Mr. Mohr exemplifies excellence in all of these. His cost might be a little high, but the experience, honest, & reliable work, you get is well worth the price. I will definitely hire Mr. Mohr again and recommend his services to anyone.

Brian Mohr did a total remodel mother in law house at my home in Tech Terrace. His reliability, integrity, and professionalism are unmatched. His standard of work was much higher than even my own. Brian fixed an extremely difficult problem in existing hardwood flooring. We had a shower gutted & tiled. We also had several rooms painted. If you need it done, Mohr Construction can do it. Brian does a great job at a reasonable price & in a timely manner. Thank you!

I did lots of homework on building a "Catio" (a patio for cats) to contain two stray cats that adopted us last year. We already had a partially covered patio that I wanted screened in and made secure on sides and top. Brian Mohr and his brother did a fantastic job for me - taking the photos and info I had on paper and making them a reality. He took the time to find and order the wire screen I wanted, paid meticulous attention to detail (measuring, making everything level, etc.). They arrived when expected, and finished the project quickly (actually a month ahead of my October 30 deadline). He was within his estimate budget except for a few minor add-ons I approved before he did or purchased anything extra. The two cats are now secure, have a spacious, partially covered outdoor area and my husband will build sleeping quarters, lounging and climbing ledges before cold weather arrives. I'm extremely pleased with Mohr Remodeling work and would highly recommend them. I was very happy my husband was pleased with their work, as he is also a perfectionist! I would also say Brian Mohr is conscientious, honest, dependable reliable, and will do what he says he'll do to assure your satisfaction.

This gentleman is extremely professional. He removed an old 1977 vintage aluminum sliding door in one of my duplexes and installed a new vinyl sliding door in not only record time but even stuck to his quote even though it took slightly longer than he expected. The door was exceptionally heavy and it was simply him and another man. My wife was extremely pleased. She was there as they installed the door and said you could not have asked for a more professional looking installation. I would most certainly recommend this carpenter to others without hesitation and have all intentions of using him again myself.

We had two side by side walk-in closets which we wanted combined into one large closet. Brian completely gutted the closets and rebuilt them according to our wishes. He does EXCELLENT work! He is very conscientious, honest, and dependable. He is always thinking about how to make the project better. In fact, we have already arranged for him to do another project for our home.
