Fazam was awesome. My hvac unit is quite old (as in since 1990), and it wasn't blowing cold air. Due to the age of the unit he didn't try to scam me like I've experienced in the past, by saying "unit can't be fixed", Fazam gave my OLD FAITHFUL unit a blast of freon and I woke up to an ice box!!! JUST THE WAY I LOVE IT! Especially with this current heat wave. He is quite knowledgeable with the inner workings of the hvac, and gave me good advice about my unit considering it's age. His price was very reasonable, and he was honest about the situation. I HIGHLY recommend him. Since the pandemic I've experienced the fact that there are some out here totally taking advantage of the situation. Fazam was NOT one of those people. A true professional!

I hired Moimoi & Odeen to do some major renovations in my home, and Iâ m glad I did. Because I suffer from allergies and asthma, I decided to replace my individual window-unit air conditioners with a full central A/C system. I also needed some electrical work redone, as I came to find out that some of the work that had been done by a prior electrician, before I bought my house, was not up to code. Moimoi & Odeen did both of these jobs for me. Their prices were competitive and their work was outstanding. They were courteous and professional, and explained everything to me in advance, even showing me diagrams so that I would understand what would be happening. Whenever you have work done in your house, you can expect some interruption of your normal life, but this company minimized the necessary interruptions whenever possible. They also cleaned up properly after themselves every day, which I know from experience that not all contractors do. Their great work ethic allows them take genuine pride in their work and satisfaction from making their clients happy. If you need great electricians and or A/C technicians, you can count on Moimoi and Odeen.
