Rick installed a sump pump, back up pump and repaired a crack in the foundation. I am very pleased with the results. He took the time (about an hour) to evaluate my current pump system and overall foundation. Rick also made recommendations of how to reduce basement moisture. He was very friendly and knowledgable.
