I called for a estimate and they were very straightforward with me so they came back replaced the unit and I been problem free for about three months now and everything is still great Neil and all employees are great to work with very detailed and professional would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.

I found 1 company that offered a better rate but could not come out for a couple of days so I went with Mojave due to convenience. Mojave was available same day and actually showed up a couple hours before scheduled time after calling to confirm that was ok of course. The only issue I had was the tech arrived without a mask which I thought would be a requirement for contractors or service providers due to COVID-19. Also he did not wear shoe covers in my home nor did he offer to remove his shoes when going upstairs. I thought that was customary for contractors but I guess not. Service was performed in less than 15 minutes.

Cecil was the best. He replaced my fan motor and now my A/C purrs like a kitty cat. Cecil was very professional and really new his stuff. He got right down to business and was very efficient. I had put my A/C filters in wrong and he took the time to go get his ladder and show me the correct way which was much appreciated. Cecil was quite personable, and explained to me the things he was doing. I am extremely happy with the outcome of Cecil's service. Corey was the tech that came to our home. He answered all our questions , came on time , placed everything back in its original position and cleaned up. Overall he was very professional. Represented their company well.

We were warned to be careful of duct cleaning services, that they frequently misquoted for services that were not needed. These people were professional, hard working and honest. Definitely recommend and we will use them again.
