Water Removal Recovery Service
They were able to come rather quickly and were polite, but despite my explanation that this is for an insurance claim, they wanted to charge way too high for just removing carpets. I decided to use another more professional company which works well with insurance claims.

"We are very sorry that you feel that the price was high. we were called after business hours for an emergency water damage services. The price was agreed upon prior to us starting the services. The carpet in the apartment was soaking wet, and we had to extract and clean the water in basement as well. We truly feel that the price was more than fair. Thank you"
