Daniel was as professional as they come. Definitely would use them again.

Well-priced professional service. The inspector, Sally, came at the appointed time and happily examined all areas of my house, garage, etc. where I was concerned about mold. She explained what she was doing very well and gave me tips about how to take care of the problems. The bottle of active organic disinfectant was a nice touch too. I got a full report from the lab of the indoor and outdoor samples, and a long detailed inspection and recommended remediation report.

Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend!

I looked at a few other vendors, but Mold Agent was the only one that continued to follow up after the initial conversation. That definitely made a great impression. I spoke with Connie over several weeks and she explained everything in detail regarding pricing, scheduling, the mold assessment process, and test results. They were extremely flexible about scheduling and working with the other vendor we had working at the site. The technician Daniel was very polite and explained the process to us when he arrived. He was very thorough and finished the testing within a few minutes. He explained what he had done and the process going forward, and answered any questions we had before he left the site. Overall, the experience with Mold Agent was very good, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Sally Levy from Mold Agent answered all my initial questions when I first contacted Mold Agent. She promptly came and did the proper testing that was required. Most importantly to me is that she continued to respond to my questions even after the lab report was in. I highly recommend Mold Agent.
