Mold Air Care came to my home to clean a dryer vent that had lost its cap. They cleaned the vent, disinfected, and replaced the cap. They were polite, professional, and sought to explain what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Suard and his assistant arrived on schedule. They carefully explained the work they would do and how long it would take and at various time during the job Suard kept us informed with the progress they were making and showed us real time before and after photos. The price was a little expensive but we feel we got our money's worth. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Suard cleaned my air ducts and vents and dryer vent. The work he did was good quality (as evidenced by before and after pictures). However, he was supposed to be at my home at 9am. At 9:40 I called him. And he said heâÃÂÃÂd be there close to 10am. I wish he wouldâÃÂÃÂve called proactively. It made me feel like heâÃÂÃÂd forgotten my appointment. Additionally, after describing my system/needs over the phone I got an estimate from him. When he came out the price was sognificantly higher because I have 2 units (which I had told him over the phone). He did, however, do a good job and even showed my husband how/where to replace the filters once we purchased the right sizes.

"I was not informed of the second unit over the phone. This is why I am adamant on being honest with what you might have in the home. Clients who aren't 100% about what they have in the home, I offer an in home estimate. I'm here to help, clean and show you the results."
