Totally professional and honest.

Thomas, the owner, is very knowledgeable and thorough. He cares deeply about doing a good job and ensuring accurate testing to ensure you and your family are safe. Usually the testing and report takes more than a week, but he was able to rush this for me during my due diligence period. He is the utmost professional and extremely ethical (he will not change his report for anybody or anything). He purposely does not work with remediation or insurance companies to ensure that he is unbiased. Based on my conversation with him, he is invested in ensuring your safety since he and his family were affected by mold when he was living in an apartment (or renting a house, I forget which) and got into the business to stop people from having to go through the same bad experience. FYI: I was skeptical and confused at first when I saw all the reviews from Florida, but he had to move here recently due to his wife's job.

Thomas was very polite and thorough! He was very considerate of what my family and I were going through and was eager to help us. When the results came in, he called and explained everything to me. I would definitely hire him again! 10/10 would recommend!

Efficient and thorough

Thomas was very professional and really knows his stuff. Arrived on time and got back to us with the test results when he said he would. Didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if ever needed.

He did promptly come over after being hired to do the mold assessment however he has not given me the remediation protocol it has been well over one month I have tried to contact numerous times without any success. I have emailed and called with no answer. Now I have to hire another company and pay another fee
