She showed up right on time, explained the process, and was done within 20 minutes. Super nice to talk to and would recommend.

Diana was prompt for our appointment. She conducted her testing efficiently and was friendly. She verbally shared her findings immediately after along with some mitigation strategies. She later sent a detailed written report with specific measurements. I gave slightly less than a perfect score because 1. She did not take credit card payment (which I had intended to use); 2. She does not provide removal service - only testing, of which I wasn’t aware... maybe I missed that somewhere??

We have had testing in three different locations by Dr. Catt. She is extremely thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. She provides not only written but verbal communication regarding her findings. She only tests, so she isn't someone whose goal is to sell you remediation. She is very knowledgeable about it and can inform you of how it is best done, however. We follow (and have followed) her advice to the letter and when we found a safe dwelling have continued to follow her advice. Having had previous mold toxicity that ended up with me having to go to Germany for treatment, it was imperative that we found someone with her expertise. We will not use anyone else to test because our experiences with her have been so stellar.

This service does testing only and is not a remediation company therefore is not more likely to over state your problem to increase the amount of remediation cost.

The owner is a microbiologist and comes herself to do the testing. We had to delay the actual testing til next week, but I am very satisfied so far. She has been very helpful in setting things up and telling me about the process. I like the fact that she is doing an outside air control sample as well as the interior samples.

In order to complete a real estate transaction, I required an air quality test. Diana had immediate availability and I wanted to use a company that was not a remediation company. Test results are accurate, detailed and turnaround time very quick! I would recommend to anyone and will use again in future when services are required.
