I would highly recommend this company with any mold concerns. I had 3 other estimates and went with them because as soon as Wallace came out to evaluate my home I knew Mold Doctors was the most competent.
Jimmy was in charge of the remediation and did an awesome job. Pleasant to talk to, with lots of tips, and even repaired a hole I had in my sheet rock for me! I barely recognize my cellar now, it looks and smells so clean. Mold Doctors is the way to go! Nancy Lynn

Mold Doctors did a fantastic job remediating the mold discovered in my attic. My house was for sale and was surprised/shocked to learn of the mold issue! Wallace came and I was thoroughly impressed with his honest assessment of the situation and his patience in explaining the process to me. I knew then that Mold Doctors was the right choice for the job!
Once completed, the lab ran its tests and I was cleared for the sale of my home! I would highly recommend them above others if you should ever need their services.

I highly recommend Mold Doctors!
We had an issue with mold in our attic, along with old insulation that needed to be removed to put fresh insulation down. Aaron and Kyle came out within days of our call and did an amazing job! They showed up and walked me through everything that was going to be done, sealed off any potentially affected areas for our safety, and got right to work.
Over the course of the 3 days, both Aaron and Kyle were professional, efficient, courteous and respectful of our home. They even found time each day to say high to our loud dogs. When finished they cleaned everything up, leaving the home just as they found it, and walked me through everything they had done.
If you have mold that needs to be remediated, definitely give Mold Doctors a call.

The inspection and mold assessment was very professional.. performed by Cape Cod Inspections who referred to the Mold Doctors..... Hard to rate value as I have no basis for comparison. In terms of the work, they arrived on time, completed the job in one day, and presented me with information/options whenever something arose that needed a decision. They carefully contained the work space and clean-up was very thorough.

The Mold Doctors was able to schedule our work very quickly and performed the remediation in only four days after budgeting 5 days for the work. The air quality immediately improved, the damp smell disappeared and the crawl space looks incredible. They were able to accommodate our very tight schedule and went way out of their way to get equipment out to the summer house to get the work done in time. Part of the cost for our remediation included shipping equipment out to the house and renting a truck. I would highly recommend them for any type of mold removal & remediation.

Wallace was fantastic! He performed a complimentary test of the walls and floors for moisture, and examined for evidence of mold. Based on his examination, he recommended several do-it-yourself measures to prevent the build-up of moisture and keep things mold-free. It was a great relief to get an honest, professional assessment that didn't try to sell drastic measures which (hopefully!) will not be needed.

I had the attic done last week and the ceiling today. Both times the workers were prompt, extremely professional and polite, personable and courteous. They did their jobs well and answered any questions I had. They sealed off the areas they were working on which helped diminish the chemical odor, but it was still strong and lasting, but it was mold removal so you expect that. They took care to clean up very well after they were done. I didn't even need to sweep up later. The man coming to do the estimate last month was prompt and answered all questions thoroughly. The company was patient with scheduling while we prepared for the service. While I hope to never need their services again, if i do, they will be the ones I will call.
