Had to wait for results beyond what was stated. Then when received results, Moldexperts did not reply to my questions on how to proceed,

He is a very nice guy. He came and took the samples and promised that I get the result within 24 hours. Since it was a Thursday, he said that I get it by following Tuesday. I had to to call three times to get the result 9 days later. Three days after the day he promised.

I had one problem with this company, he came out and tested then he recommended a company to do the work. The guys came and did the half of the work then they said the guy from mold experts : LA needed to come out and recheck to make sure the mold was gone. We had him come back out after he tested again he told us it would be another $150.00 to retest. We told him no one had told us that we would have to pay again, he said the guy that did the work was suppose to tell us. I feel he should have told us up front, he said everything looked good and he said we didn't have to pay him so we didn't. The company he recommended J & L enviromental services did something simuliar to us, when he did half the work then he says its going to be another $150.00 for them to put the drywall back and fix it like it was before. I looked online and couldn't find any such company as the J & L with the better business bureau or anywhere. I don't want to be scammed do you know anything about this company?

I thought Louie to be very personable he took the time to explain what he was about to do (while doing it of course)!!!! I also mention Mold Experts: LA to a friend & he asked me for Louie's name (Business name) & his phone number for future business ventures (my friend works for the city of Riverside)!!! My friend also found one of the 2 leaks in my kitchen!!! SO, I really do appreciate Louie's help in this matter, he came the next day................thanks Louie!!

Loui was very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative about the sampling he was doing. Unfortunately the report was kind of ambiguous and the format did not address the specific mold that was found in our home. It would have been great to have a clear rating scale of the problem: mild, moderate, severe.

They did not provide the written report to me as promised and told me I had mold

Very friendly, on time, and for the most part Efficient. I would probably use them again but I would do my own research on any Mold experts findings. Every home will have mold. This doesn't mean you should hit the overhead and move out b/c of it.

The report was thorough and it was the most reasonable cost we could find. Loui really cared about making sure we were well informed.
