Mold Experts of Atlanta did an extensive remediation of my basement and home almost a year ago and I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the service that time..Yesterday Lana came over on short notice during her lunch break to investigate a mold scare I was experiencing after installation of a new HVAC system She was thorough and knowledgeable and took time to re-inspect the whole basement and to guide and reassure me in the current situation overall. Because her original work was within the year (but just barely) she did not charge me for her visit. Aside from her expertise in her field, I always find Lana to be kind. caring, honest, and generous. I recommend her most highly!

Lona was absolutely wonderful. Had a situation and after explaining, she was out to the house within 2 hours! Lana did a phenomenal job. She was very accommodating in answering all our questions prior to hiring. During the process we were kept thoroughly informed verbally and with pictures. Mold Experts of Atlanta is a wonderful company to deal with when you suspect you have a mold problem! So many companies just want to come out and do a quick air test and hand you a bill, but not this one. After our first mold remediation failed, we were feeling a little desperate and confused why we were still having a problem. Lana took the time to show us what she found and to explain what needed to be done to fix the issues we were having in our basement and crawl space. She very patiently answered all of our questions and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done. We only wish we had called Mold Experts of Atlanta first so we could have saved a lot of time, money, and hassle. We highly recommend this company!
