Mankoff is an Industrial Hygienist specializing exclusively in mold with more than twenty years experience in environmental sciences. Curt received his Bachelor of Science from National-Louis University. He is president of Mold Inspection Specialists, LLC a firm providing mold related services that include: Mold inspections, air quality and mold testing, preparation of Mold Remediation Plans (project specifications) remediation consulting / project management. Curt has performed over three thousand mold investigations and managed numerous mold remediation projects of all sizes. A frequent in-demand speaker, he has presented over one-hundred seminars on fungal issues for many types of organizations including: members of the Illinois Realtors Association, ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), and the Lake County Bar Association. Curt has published articles on various mold issues and provides expert witness testimony. He and his firm have been highlighted in both the Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago Tribune.
