Heather Kavisch sends a very detailed report including information on types of mold cleaners along with her results. She is very responsive, came quickly and answered my questions as she worked. I had such a good experience with her and her company I have hired her for several mold testings. I am gladly referring her to other property managers.

Heather Kavisch was very responsive. She came to my home literally minutes after I called, & did the mold inspection & air quality testing immediately. She was very thorough. She sent us a preliminary report within 2 hours. We will have the testing results in 3-5 days. The services were a little expensive, but we think it is money well spent to ensure the well being of our home, and ultimately our own health. Heather is very knowledgeable and personable. We are pleased to have worked with her.

They explained everything they were doing inside and outside of the house and all the samples and test they were running. When they left I was very satisfied and knew what to expect going forward.
