At Mold Inspector, we specialize in toxic mold testing and air sample testing. We do NOT do mold remediation work because we believe it is a conflict of interest. All samples are sent to an independent lab with over 25 years of mold and bacterial identification experience and the following accreditations: AIHA-LAP, LLC EMPAT Lab Id: 188863, NVLAP Lab Code: 500096-0. Residential inspections begin at $300, which includes two air samples. Commercial inspections begin at $250 for an isolated area or $500 for the entire building. Ryan's work effort exceeded my expectations. Seeing him apply the tools of his trade had me briefly wishing for a bigger mold problem. However, the cost of resolving such problem quickly brought me back to earth. I am thankful that scope of work to remove the problem is small and doable by a DIYer.

Very honest! They did a very good job! First, they did a thorough inspection, including air samples. They didn't try to 'up sell' me on additional services. In fact, they gave me a report that everything was clean, and I didn't need to spend any money on remediation - that saved me a lot of time & money. Other companies want to have tear apart my walls and do remediation work that wasn't necessary. I highly recommend this company!
