Mold Remedies is professionally trained to identify and cure mold issues. Our inspectors identify discoloration, signs of water damage and high moisture readings. We also gather air samples, which we take to a third party lab for analysis. We typically get the results back within 2 business days, which we then combine with our physical findings and the moisture readings to create a comprehensive report. We also describe the specific remediation work required to fix the issues. We then create a detailed estimate for the remediation work. Our skilled crews will swiftly and thoroughly complete the remediation and then retest the property for clearance, to ensure we have completed the remediation. For over two decades we have provided cost effective mold inspections and remediation with excellent customer service to SF Bay Property Managers, Landlords, Realtors, Tenants and hundreds of satisfied Homeowners. We are licensed by the State of California and Certified by the IICRC.

As part of our standard protocol, during our inspection we took several standard air quality samples, as well as a Culturable Air Fungi Full Speciation sample. We took those samples to a third party lab and their results showed extremely high levels of multiple types of mold that required remediation - which we shared with you.
