MoldSpec Environmental
About us
We are your FAVORITE local mold assessors! With over 10 years of experience in the property damage industry, we SPECIALIZE in tracking leaks & moisture and getting to the root of your mold problem! If there's a leak, we are going to find it! If there's mold, we are going to test for it! We provide a thorough interior inspection along with indoor/outdoor testing (Air quality, tape-lift, in-wall, swab sampling.) All of our samples are analyzed at the lab - you will receive a copy of the lab results, a detailed mold assessment report of ALL of our findings, with photos, and if there is mold, based on what type of mold, you will also receive a mold remediation protocol report, which is basically exact instructions on how to properly and SAFELY remove the mold. It's not just finding the mold, it's coming up with a plan to get rid of it too! We are also licensed mold remediators, so we understand mold from all angles. That's why we are killin' the mold game ONE SPORE AT A TIME!
