They render exceptional service

The tenants told me that the inspector told them that the air quality was poor and that they should move out right away and call the health department. I thought that the results were sent off to a lab before results where given

This is not a mold remediation company. When you hire this company, you are simply getting a mold test. Be specific when you explain your problem and what you are looking to get done. The mold technician was in and out in 20 minutes. He took an air sample and one swab, that s it. For the price of $299. Once you get the results of your mold test, they refer you to a company that is in the business of selling mold remediation products. Originally as much as $1600 for mold bombs, sprays and commercial graded air scrubber. I negotiated down to $1195. Then settled on only what I needed. Know what you want, do your homework before buying products you do not need.

Scammers almost force you to by their Biocide. It is a pressure sales company! They tell you that you are contaminated and that you need to buy their products to solve your problem. High pressure sales for high money!

I m a first time home buyer. Per the requirement of my lender I needed a mold inspection. I was not aware that this company was not local, nor was I aware that Delaware real estate was dissimilar to surrounding states. The inspector Sean showed up to the house and could not get in. Apparently inspectors in Delaware have a Supra key to get into the key boxes in Delaware or you get a code. Sean called me and yelled at me for not knowing about the key, he continued to call the neighborhood I was moving to shitty and told me thanks for wasting his time. Eventually he was able to get into the house via the sellers agent. Because I needed the inspection done pronto, I did not argue, but I was furious. Buy local that is all I can say!
