The owner, Gary, reached out to me shortly after my post. He answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable way and has been doing this a long time. His company is an independent tester that does not do mold removal, so there is not an incentive to exaggerate or sell other services- this was a big plus to me. Gary was very flexible with scheduling and also discrete when he came to my apt. I received the results 5 days later. He also has excellent pricing compared to other companies I looked at. I would definitely recommend his services!

Owner is very honest. He is also flexible with appointment slot. I have tenants and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Air quality test was done for the apartment and the lab report came in on the day it was promised. Also all results were explained and easy to understand. I would recommend this company because owner cares about the quality of work and about the reputation and name of his business. Unlike big companies like Apex who do mold clean up, MoldXperts NY is an independent company who does not get involved in mold cleanup and therefore they will not play with the results to get you to pay more money. Results are accurate and Honest. Thank you Gary. I will be referring your business to friends and family.
