I highly recommend Molina's Exteriors. Yesterday they finished repairing my back and side yard retaining wall. At the end of each work day, the crew completely cleaned up, washing off the adjacent areas and leaving my yard as if no work had been done that day. Frank, the owner, Brad, and Mason all contacted us frequently to keep us up-to-date on their progress. They were honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

This is the third time I’ve worked with Frank on my home, and each time he’s exceeded my high expectations. Not only did he do a great job, but he found and coordinated several contractors and subcontractors. There were many moving parts of the project, as well as winter weather to contend with, and Frank and his team had all the right people there at the right time. The project was originally estimated to take three months, but he had it finished two weeks early. We are very pleased with our beautiful new pool! Frank went above and beyond, taking care of several smaller fixes while he had his guys on site.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Frank and his team did. After providing a vision of what we wanted, Frank facilitated the design of plans that exceeded our expectations. Moreover, seeing the design come to life was a thrill. Frank’s team is professional and committed to high quality work. Frank took on our project like it was his own yard and I was confident he had our best interests in mind throughout the process. I think the quality of his work is reflected in the price, so while it may be a bit higher than a competitor, I believe it is more than worth it. My family and friends can’t get enough of our yards and they couldn’t be more impressed with the job well done. Molina’s Exterior transformed our 4000 sf of dirt into a wonderful landscape. Frank and his crew were always on time, courteous and cleaned up at the end of everyday. We had a number of landscapers that we’re unable to give us a quote because of the size work that needed to be done. Frank came in and wasn’t intimidated at all. He is straight forward and honest with his pricing, and worked with us as our plans changed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a reliable landscaper.

What we got is beautiful court yard and landscaping. Frank helped us develop and improve our ideas. Our yard is a show piece; we've gotten countless complements from neighbors and passers by. Frank's crew are truly craftsmen, are courteous and punctual. This job entailed wood fencing with gates, masonry wall, concrete laying and stamping, interlocking pavers, landscaping, drainage system, lighting and an irrigation system. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Frank, Dawn and Ashley were easily accessible to answer questions.

After 25 years, my backyard needed a facelift. I had an idea of what I wanted but did not have any specifics. Frank, Dawn, Ashley and the team at Molinas Exteriors helped me to realize my vision. They did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They were thorough and went above and beyond my expectations by doing little things to make sure everything was complete. Like powerwashing my entire walkway not just the part in the backyard. The job was completed quickly and on budget. I love my "new" backyard and would highly recommend Molinas Exteriors no matter how big your job is.

I had used Molina's last year to transition my front yard to low water landscaping. I had a great experience and came back to them again when I needed help with my back yard this year. They gave a competitive quote and we're working the next business day after we agreed to the job. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping work done.

Frank Molina is an honest, competent contractor. I told him what I needed. He made some good suggestions and agreed to do the work for a fair price. His crew was efficient, polite, and disrupted our lives as little as possible while completing the project. Frank monitored the work and made himself available for any questions we had. Frank was professional and easy to work with. He has over 30 years experience and has a group of employees and and subs that have worked with him for many years. The new court is smooth as glass and would be the envy of any homeowner looking to have a personal court. Completed work on a a neighbors's house involving expanding the driveway and constructing a retaining wall. The project looks great.

Tremendous job by Molina Exteriors. The entire team was totally professional from first exploratory visit to completion. Frank and a colleague arrived promptly, quickly identified a valve issue that was preventing one sprinkler from shutting off. He worked me into his very busy schedule on a rainy day, identified the issue, solved quickly and we agreed I would hire him in the future to update older solenoids and replace a faulty timer. <br />

The work went very smoothly. The crew came on time, worked hard and finished the job exactly on schedule. Dawn, in the business office, e-mailed us everyday about the status of the work and was a joy to work with. We left the design of the new walkway to Frank and the final product looks very good. In fact, our neighbor commented on how nice it looks. We appreciate that the crew cleaned up completely after they were done (unlike other contractors we have used). The price was reasonable too - we got three quotes and Frank's quote was in the middle. Overall we are happy with the work and glad we went with this company. <br />

<p>The contractor dug up the old pipe and showed it to me why it was not draining and it was because my neighbors palm trees roots invaded the pipe line and went all the way down to the street. They removed all of the affected pipe and prepared the line where they laid the new pipe. An excellent job all the way down the line.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>They explained what the were doing and what happened. My neighbors palm tree roots invaded my drain line and totally clogged it up. "This was one of those jobs that we were so happy to be at the right place at the right time. Mr. [Member Name Removed] had some mature plant material, with long reaching roots. All of his existing pipes were completely full or roots. It just so happened, that the day we were working there was a tremendous down pour of rain. The work went beautifully and we were very pleased with the results! Frank selected a landscape architect with experience handling historic properties. In spite of several days of rain, the project progressed on schedule. The crew was experienced, skillful and professional. And, Frank worked with us to make sure the project met the requirements for the rebates. <br /> Landscaping looks wonderful. Neighbors have stopped by to say how much they like it. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were very polite, courteous, clean, and amazing overall. They had a crew of 5-6 people and they all knew what they were doing and worked very well together. I've had a lot of work done and they are the best behaved and have great manners. They are very affordable too, I've had a few other estimates and theirs was the best! Not only is their work high quality but it's at a great cost too!

,FRANK & DAWN ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH. EVERYTHING HAPPENED AS EXPECTED AND I WAS DELIGHTED WITH THE RESULTS. FRANK WAS PERSONALLY VERY KIND TO ME AND I APPRECIATED HIS ATTENTION. I CALLED THEM THIS YEAR AS I HAD DEVELOPED LEAKS IN THE BACK DRIP SYSTEM. This necessitated their saw cutting my patio, cutting down an acacia tree, removing other foliage at the roots, digging a tunnel under a gate and under the sidewalk so they could cut a core hole into the curb. They had to replace the portions of the patio that were cut with brick which they were able to match to my existing brick. <br /> This work also necessitated their digging around tree roots and underground utility and cable connections. So, it was not an uncomplicated procedure. <br /> All of the workers were polite, friendly, hard working, and very cautious. They treated my home as they would their own. Frank and his wife emailed me the night before and in the morning after their team meetings so I was well informed as to each day's schedule.. Even Frank's wife visited to check on the job. They also cleaned everything up and left it much cleaner than when they started. <br /> Once I have my fencing replaced, I am having Molina Exterior's come back to do my landscaping. <br /> This is my first home and it was a pleasure to do business with them. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br /> <br /> <br />

Frank and his crew were amazing! We had serious water problems and Molina's knew just how to help. They demo'ed our patio, rebuilt it, installed drains and gave us advice for addressing future issues. We will call them back to do more work on our yard soon! Frank came to the house to bid the project. His pricing was by far the lowest we had found. His crew was fast, professional and respectful of my property. They went above and beyond to do the job right. Frank followed up with us weekly to discuss progress. He even came to our house on a Saturday morning to help us deal with flooding from a rain storm. We plan to continue using Molina's Exterior for all our landscaping needs. <br />

We first talked to Frank at the beginning of December, and settled upon him as our landscaper just before Christmas. <br /> <br /> Originally, we were not going to remove all of the brickwork (due to mounting costs of the project), and we were going to build the retaining wall on top of what appeared to be the beginnings of such a wall under the existing fence. During the demolition process, we discovered that there were no footings under any of the existing brickwork or under the fence. Since this had to be rectified, we increased our budget accordingly, both for increased demo which required more equipment, and for the cost of concrete to pour a proper footing for the retaining wall. In the case of the retaining wall footing, Frank only charged us for materials, despite the fact it was a half day's work just to pour it. Frank's crew even worked weekends in order to avoid slipping the schedule. <br /> <br /> All the work performed so far is top notch. We will be contracting with Frank again over the summer in order to plant one of the beds in the backyard, and for weather sealing the concrete and new fence. <br /> <br />
