They did a good job.

Charged me $400 for 3 hours of work. My drapes were adjusted on both windows and one was dragging on the floor, the other was too scrunched together. When replacing the battery in the thermometer did not put it back to the setting and comes on 24/7. After numerous attempts, I am going to get a new thermometer like in the LR which is great. This is costing me a higher electric bill.

Superior Customer Service and Craftsmanship! First, a bit about us. We’ve lived in the Olympia area for 41 years and our go-to contractor retired in 2015. This was our first big project (Full Kitchen Remodel) without him. We built our house in 1997 and at the time the kitchen was outfitted with average appliances and finishes. Molina Handyman, LLC was referred to us by a friend who recently contracted with them to build an outdoor kitchen and patio area (which turned out amazing!). Our first meeting with Carlos (Project Manager) from Molina Handyman was on April 03, 2017. At the time we had a design and good idea what we wanted. We discussed the placement (new layout) of the new cabinets that we wanted, flooring, and counter surfaces. Carlos spent half the day going over our requirements and offering practical advice about how he could make it happen. He was attentive and knowledgeable and when he didn’t have an answer to one of our questions he plainly said “I will have to research that and I will have an answer for you by this time tomorrow”, for which he called back the next day at 9am with the solution. He performed a thorough inspection of our existing kitchen which included; crawl space to determine plumbing and gas, identified electrical circuits in use in the kitchen (appliances, wall outlets, under cabinet lighting, ceiling lighting), and of the existing flooring and underlayment. Carlos presented the detailed quote and contract (down to manufacturer and model number of all items [lighting, appliances, cabinets and hardware, sink, quartz surfaces, and flooring]) on April 10, 2017. Our meeting lasted 90 minutes and he went over every item with a complete account of labor charges and the timeline. We signed that day with a start date of June 14, 2017. Since we had already picked the cabinets from the manufacturer (CrownPoint Cabinetry) we ordered them that day, the cabinets arrived on June 22, 2017. We received a call on June 09, 2017 to remind us of the upcoming start date. Molina Handyman arrived at 8:05 am on June 14, 2017 and began the demo. Because of the excellent planning by Carlos and his associates, staff was on site each day (promptly at 8am) ready to complete the tasks outlined in the contract timeline. During the project a change was required (makeup air for a larger hood [we picked a different model after the initial contract] over the stove) that Carlos immediately contacted us to discuss options and what they would cost. Much to our delight our new kitchen was completed as promised on Friday July 07, 2017!!! With the exception of the self-inflicted overage (different stove hood) the project came in on budget and most importantly on time. I will most plainly say that it was refreshing to see the principals that we have always relied on with our old contractor are firmly intact with our new contractor. Molina Handyman is now our go-to contractor and we look forward to our next big project with them!
