On time; organized; tidy; very knowledgeable; very responsive. Even though the job ended up being more complicated than originally thought, George and his son worked through to the end and did a terrific job. George was also very helpful in explaining the issues I had and what my options were for repair. Will be contracting with him again soon for some additional work. I"m a small job but George treated me like a big customer!! AND he's local!
